Storefriendly was founded in 2002. As of today it operates over 130 branches around Asia, which more than half of them are self-owned properties, totaling 40,000+ self-storage units across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore. All shops are managed by business intelligence system with computerized security surveillance, electronic gate access and climate control system to maintain steady temperature at all times. The warehouses are fully implemented with stringent fire safety measures, and with the professional logistic team, customers can enjoy reliable and convenient one-stop moving and storage solution. Store Friendly has garnered the “Hong Kong Top Brands 10-Year Achievement Award”, as well as attained the certificates of “ISO 9001” and “Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme” in recognition of their hard work to provide quality service to customers and fulfill social responsibility. Given its success in the self-storage industry, it has become a key member of Self Storage Association and Self Storage Association Asia Member since 2006.

Milestone

2002

As early as a dozen years ago, Store Friendly Self Storage Group took a close look at the living environment in Hong Kong. In order to solve the shortage of space, the self-storage company was established in 2002 to develop its business.

2007

The self-storage of Store Friendly has branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, but also determined to enter Macau.

2011

The Store Friendly Self Storage Group opened a branch in Singapore in 2011.
The self-storage facilities are now very popular in Singapore, and Store Friendly stretching from Hong Kong to Singapore has taken hold of the local market. In a short span of two years has been expanded from 1 to 10, Hong Kong brand successfully carried forward.

2012

For the first time in 2012, Store Friendly opened a branch in Xinyi District of Taipei. We have seen that Taiwanese people also have a great demand for space. Therefore, we came to Taiwan in order to enable them to expand the use of their home space. Store Friendly will continue to be extended from Taipei to Taichung, Tainan and other cities, the self-storage culture to Taiwan.

2017

As of 2017, the branches of Store Friendly have more than 130 and the number of storage unit has reached 40,000. Branch locations are near the MTR station, accessibility. We provide all-weather intelligent access system, 24-hour intelligent security, powerful transport convoy, one-stop professional transport, 24 hours a day intelligent access system, absolutely safe and reliable. Store Friendly Go, the new O2O self-storage service, was the first introduced this year, giving customers more choices of quality services

2018

Storefriendly launched “Storefriendly Go” which is the first self storage company in the world to introduce having intelligent robots to manage self storage service, which improve the efficiency, environment and the safety. At the same year, as the need of storage space is increased rapidly, and customers are always looking for large sizes of Self Storage Rooms, Store Friendly Self Storage Group has launch a new line called StoreFriendly Hobbies, which can help the organizations, hobbies groups, and families to store large volume or size stuffs.

2019

Fast forward on June 2019, Store Friendly Centre is grand opened in Paya Lebar, Singapore included intelligent storage services, co-working space - Work Friendly and providing Event Spaces. Everyone will experience a completely new storage product that will make a real difference to your life. We’re excited and ready to shake things up. We’ve embraced cutting-edge technologies for improved customer experience, investor attraction and regulatory compliance.

2021

Store Friendly Self Storage Group celebrated its 20th anniversary with the grand opening of Storefriendly Tower (Kwun Tong), the Group’s first self-owned en bloc property in Hong Kong. This marks a transformational milestone for Storefriendly as well as the self-storage industry in the city.
